By the time I received my Screen Actors Guild Award nomination in the mail for Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a motion picture, I already knew that Xmen Days of Future Past had lost out to Angelina's film Unbroken.
I received news of their win with a slightly raised eyebrow because there were very few stunts in Unbroken, so I wondered if SAG was kissing up to Angelina for all the nasty comments they made about her in 2014 i.e. spoiled, talentless brat.
After the disappointment I saw the humour in what all empty handed actors say after the Award shows "It was such an honour just to be nominated." ...right!
Here's a bit of trivia for you: For the first time in the Xmen franchise, Jennifer Lawrence's character Mystique transformed into a black woman. Me ; )
